What happened to a light in the engine compartment? Or is mine the only truck without one? I only noticed that there was not one the other evening when a friend had wanted to see under the hood. Just found it odd, I don't think I've owned a truck in the past quarter centry that didn't have a light under the hood.

I agree!! Good job Dan!!

Let's get a 2012 thread started...I want an EcoBoost V6 w/400+ HP and XT suspension in the front and Deavers in the rear. Maybe make the suspension an option package like the SVT Performance package on the GT500.

Good input  BStoner59

I don't think we need a 2012 thread - we can keep this one running so the Ford folks (hi Ford folks ) have one thread to check for our input on what we'd like to see in future Ford Raptors.

Since Ford claims to be listening...

Make the orange accent interior package available on ALL body colors.

Let the customer have what they want. It's available on 3 out of 5 body colors...it would look great in white and blue too. Besides...I want a BlueFlame/orange combo!

Also, someone get their heads out of their butts within SVT Engineering (and probably marketing). Having owned multiple SVT Cobras, the newest "Shelby" (sic) GT500 should not carry an "SVT Performance Package" option!! Seriously? That's what buying an SVT Cobra was about...getting the best overall package SVT had to offer...not having to check an option box to pay more for it.

The marketing ploy is over, stop paying Shelby for the GT500 moniker, go back to just calling it an SVT Cobra and give us the best you can.
