Maybe something like this?
http://www.cargogear.com/Straps_and_Tiedowns/Anchor_Points.htm

Nissan had something similar offered from the factory (Utili-Track) mounted in the bottom of the bed (was stouter looking than what is shown above)

I've seen that (thanks for posting it).

I think that's a viable solution up high along the rails but I want something that's much lower in the bed. I'm not sure it could be mounted mid-way up the walls from the bed floor (or lower). There's probably a system out there that would work but I'll probably MacGyver something. :)

Here is a direct link to the manufacturer: http://www.coremg.com/products/coretrax.html It looks like these are narrow enough to mount in between the corrugations in the bottom of the bed (shown in a pic in the above link) like Nissan did w/ Utili-Track. Judging from the pics, doesn't look to be quite as beefy as the Nissan system.

Here is my list, shared by others:

Move the SYNC plate to inside the center console
More tie-downs in the bed
More cargo space in the cab
12V outlets, internal and external
Better headlights
FRPP Supercharger, or Roush - so long as it doesn't void the warranty
More available FRPP parts or go fast goodies...make a tuner or something.....

Provide more specific information on the BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO tires that Ford is putting on the Raptors so that owners who need to buy 1+ tires don't buy a different version of the same tire (BFG has at least two T/A KO tires the same size with slightly different specifications). Owners should be better informed about this in their documentation and it should be available online (on the Raptor micro-site).

Can you only get the Raptor Specific BFG's from dealers?

I would like to see the Raptor have some more of the F-150 colors like pearl white, bright red, and silver. Oh and MO POWA, say 450+

I think it would be cool if there was a factory CB option with a dual purpose antenna. Considering what the trucks are meant to do this would go a long way to say Ford really cares about safety.

I've kept meaning to write this down...

The way the door opens is bothersome. I'm used to having two distinct spots where the door will open and stay; all the way open and then a spot in the middle somewhere. My Raptor has that middle spot, but its not deep enough (?) to stop the heavy door, so the momentum of the door just carries is over that spot, and just opens all the way (right into the guy next to me!). Kinda hard to manage in tighter parking spots.

Ford... increase that detention so the door holds that middle position please!

That reminds me...Does Ford glue their door hinges on like Chevy? I really hate that about my '03 Chevy - couple times the wind has caught the flimsy door and tore the hinge loose. And those detents are a joke as well! Had a '97 Chevy pu and it was built much better than my '03.
