Dear ford,

Can you please do a recall and fix this SYNC problem with your SYNC michrophone? also in the future can you also include a remote control with your stereo system? These are just two of the big issues that i have read over a broad list of forums, these seem to be the two biggest complaints everywhere and not just with the Raptor!!

Technical Service Bulletin...when the manufacture recognizes a problem with one of their vehicles and sends out a fix(TSB) for it to dealers.
