Well.. either way.. Ford approved, sent parts and fixed it within a week.. soo with that, I am thankful that they did not cause a fuss about it..

Thank you Ford. for backing your product/warranty..

? My R did not "die" lol... I just didn't take the jump correctly having almost 500lbs+ of torque built up in sand.. either way.. still looked like a defective part.. they did not blink replacing it.. and for the 'shut down' issue.. that was again, just user error really.. I didn't do the last bit of work on the lights, so I did not know to look for a loose connection.. but there's no dying here.. go get one. it's worth it. they're starting to come down in price.. just met another person who paid sticker from another state than here in SO cal.. but none the less, they're out there.
