I drive mine daily and run E50 blend which is E85 and 91 or 93 at pump. See chart below. You need to measure the E85 pump you using as it could be lower or higher then E85 my local pump happens to be exact 85% when I measure it. most gas is 10% ethanol at pump so Fuel 1 is 91 or 93 octane using 10% and Fuel 2 is E85. with @wgr73 cobb tune makes 500 rwhp and if you upgrade to HPFP he has already had one making 525 rwhp

I will be upgrading to a HPFP to run straight E85 not for the extra 25hp but for cheaper fill ups vs 91 16 gallons and yeah i take another 25 hp

hope this helps

I put the upgraded GearHead turbos on mine it’s a 2018 also I run like 30% ethanol in mine I have an upgraded my fuel pump or fuel injectors though but together it makes a huge difference the turbos are awesome and I drove a 2020 brand new one yesterday at a Ford dealership hereAnd it felt super soft compared to mine

I am upgrading to STAGE 5 turbos from CRP Engineering just been waiting for some tuners to get all the testing done. They got 560 rwhp on 93 octane and are going for 650 on E85 tune. Below are list of upgrades that truck has which is not even a raptor. I will have @wgr73 do my tune just need the XDI 60 HPFP, DW400 intank, the Stage 5 turbos and ported manifolds. Rest of mods more or less I already have just different brands.

2018 F150 3.5L Ecoboost makes 560 HP on pump 93 Octane gas with STAGE 5 turbos from CRP Engineering but wait there are other MODS too; Heres the list
XDI60 HPFP
DW400 intank
CRP stage 5 turbos
CRP ported exhaust manifolds
Mishimoto Intercooler
AMS turbo inlets
SPD downpipes
Banks CAI
SPD turbo adapters
Turbosmart BOV
Stock Exhaust w/ resonator delete
HP Tuners w/ Ngauge custom 5 Star Tune

Thanks! Not going to lie, I like the performance the E85 'could' offer but am a little weary on the stock internals. My Raptor is not a daily driver so I'm not 100% sure on how E85 does when just sitting in the tank for a few weeks or so.
From past experiences on other cars horrible. I’m not sure if you live where it gets below 40 but it’s a pain to start in winter.

Damn, this gas station just opened and is literally could hundred yards away from my house. Makes more tempting to upgrade the HPFP and LPFP and get Goosetuned.
