If you're local to Matt (Gearhead), just go to him. You will get great results with either of us but he's local to you so thats a plus.
Thats what I was thinking but I have heard so much good stuff about you and your tunes. Ill have to try and get ahold to Matt and talk to him. I would really love for him to put me on the dyno and really dial me in. Im not looking for an all out race truck but wanna put down some reliable power.

I'm currently having stage 4 turbos and manifolds installed. Have tunes with both MPT and 5 star, both of which will require data logging to dial in.

Awesome!! Looking forward to hearing how it goes and how the tunes go.
Who did you get all your gaskets and seals and such that is needed for the turbo swaps from?

It would seem to me that the different air/fuel requirements as well as timing requirements will be very different with the larger turbos. I’m amazed they can do this via email tuning... Five Star has tuned these on the dyno so I guess they have a pretty close canned tune as would Gearhead I think.

is anyone getting these installed and having them dyno tuned and calibrated?

I have contacted Gearhead and waiting for a response in hopes that Matt can get me in on his dyno for a tune. I am in the same town as he is so I hope so. Im with you as I would rather have a dyno tune than a data log and adjust multiple times.

That Icon setup looks pretty nice. I went with the SVC setup pretty much the same with the Fox 3.0s. Also with the SVC Baja bumper front and rear some Baja Design lights. Also getting some new wheels and tires. Be pretty much a whole new truck with the motor swap.
Yes I like the idea of a dyno tune so that way they can dial it in. I had a MPT tune on my truck for about 75k and it was fun. But looking to try out others.
Hope to have everything in and broke in before mid Sept. Have a week long trip in the Baja planned.

Nice you will love your new setup cant wait till its all done and finished.
we will be waiting for some videos and pictures.
