I agree that the stock gen 1 tune is sluggish. Like you stated, get s tune. I purchased the SVC tune early on and now have zero complaints at all about the 6 speed transmission.

Agreed. I ran both the 5* tune and the SVC tune, both dramatically woke up the shifting parameters. Driving it in stock form was terrible.

Gen 1 doesn't have sport mode.

Yes we do. Advance track sport mode on traction control, one short touch.

Obviously there is Off road mode which is a form of spot mode.

I use tow/haul as a sport mode also. But the traction control has a sport mode

Oh I think it is there still but how it interacts with the drive modes who knows.

I looked at some pres photos and I think I see a T/C button just above the nav. It's a little blurry

Gonna be a typical FX4 owner here, but is what is called Advanced Trac Sport Mode on the Raptor really any different than when a normal F150 owner presses the Traction Control button one time? According to the SVT Offroad Supplement, you guys get a Performance Calibration for traction control, and increased Yaw when you press the TC button one time when not in Offroad mode. Everything else is normal. In a normal F150 manual it says the TC entry threshold is higher along with the ESC entry threshold. It's not like it changes throttle mapping and shift strategy like being in Offroad mode does.
