The Gen 1 has something similar, sway control that you can't turn off. So I'd say Gen 2 will have it and many others that you can't fully deactivate.
My understanding is on the Gen 1 you can fully turn off with holding the traction control button for 10 seconds, but maybe not sway control? Had to look it up, from the 2014 manual pg. 166 and 167, so it looks just over 5 seconds.
So far sport mode has worked well enough for me, but so far all I've been after is to prevent the brakes from happening when I am in mud/snow and don't want to lose momentum. I've gotten better about remembering to put it in sport mode, but damn if it doesn't **** me off when I feel the traction control engage since I forgot sport mode....

I didn't care for some of the early pics but after seeing white (best color) in the a supercab (best cab) I actually kind of like it. I'd still wait one MY before purchasing but it's growing on me
