The KLD or KAM are the error codes.

Disconnecting the battery only forces a start of the learning cycle no data is reset.

Mike sorry that your having this problem. I'm sure you will be able to figure it out. Hang in there buddy. Your truck is really nice, don't get rid of it.
I just installed a Corsa cat back on mine 2 days ago. This got me worried now.
Please keep us updated

Thanks, i dont mean to freak out it just gets me so angry haha. I wont sell it or trade it, but I just want it fixed already. its not the cat back, you will be fine. There are guys on here running no cat back! She goes back in on Wednesday, so I will keep it updated

Hey guys

Here is how it sits.
I finally got the time after work to hook my raptor to a Snap-On scanner. I got the truck to operating temp and took it for a ride. On decel i saw the 2/2 sensor occasionally stick rich before going lean, when compared to the 1/2 sensor.

I called the Ford rep for my area and basically was told to **** up a rope until i put my factory exhaust back on. just like my purchasing dealer told me.

I know i was told that the o2 sensor was replaced from the dealer in FL but with seeing what i saw i Diagnosed the o2 to be faulty.

Since Ford wont help I decided to forget that my truck is BRAND NEW with a warranty and fix it myself. I purchased a new 2/2 sensor from my local dealer. I climbed under the truck and found a nice shiny sensor. when I pulled the o2 out i found some surface rust on threads. Hmmm. upon further inspection i found some mud that they forgot to "clean" from my "new" o2 sensor. I installed the new sensor, and cleared the code.

The truck has been MIL free for 2 weeks now. The longest its been out since it was "fixed" in FL.

I monitored the new o2 sensor with my solstice and everything is smooth now.

I LOVE my truck, I don't want anyone to think I don't. I have just lost all respect for Fords customer care, and there service. I know there are many Ford Techs on here, and they are probably great mechanics. Unfortunately I have seen many Techs through the years i have worked at dealers that don't give a F*^%, and I got them.

I will keep this thread updated for a further update on how Ford handles this matter.

I recognize your frustration... But in Fords defense its not stock and the items you mentioned have caused Ford to make bogus repairs and eat the cost. Your dealing with one truck, Fords dealing with hundreds of thousands. I am probably as much to blame for your issues as Ford. I had a 2008 F350 King Ranch and diesel on top... I changed the intake filter and played with an aftermarket tuner. I ended up taking it to Ford 7 times for different issues before I finally just sold the truck to get out from the issues. It turns out the tuner and intake were the problem... Of course Ford does not get to come after me now for the 7 repairs made at their expense. I know full well why Ford takes the position turn it back to stock and we will talk about the issue. Now it further lends credence when several top guys on the Raptor tell you it might be the intake or the exhaust causing it.... No offense just hope you see the whole picture as the other side has to deal with it...

Out of the hundreds of posts on here about everyones exhaust and 14-15 years of running my own on trucks I have never read that.

Cai and other things ok but a mbrp?

Ok hears and update.

I have been to Sayville Ford, and they have been looking at my truck. They have changed the o2 sensor 2 times, that is a total of 4 o2 sensors that have been put in my truck by ford dealers. Every time the light comes back. Yesterday while it was in the shop for the MIL they told me that they had to install the factory exhaust. I picked up the truck today and was charged $384.00 to install the exhaust. That is labor only!!!! The tech had 4 hours into the truck! I made it about 15 miles and the light came back.

The truck is completely stock now, and it throws the light FASTER then it did with the MBRP.

I am DONE with ford. I love my truck, but not enough to do this every month.

I will give them one more shot and fixing my truck for good. If I see this P013C code one more time its bye bye Raptor! NEVER will I purchase a ford again!

I will buy a Land Rover from my dealer, at least then I can do the warranty work myself and fix the damn thing!

$384.00 to install an exhaust? from your writing it looks like you already had it? labor only? what the frick

p.s. I know one of the guys that works at a local ford. To each is own, but I saw this guy snort more coke off of a dirty kitchen table than Id ever care to see. the guy is ******* retarded and works on 50k vehicles all day and people wonder why they have multiple trips to dealerships.

There are four O2 sensors, two upstream of cat, left and right, and two downstream ones. I had an issue with my upstream passenger one when my headers were done. When it was removed it got a hairline crack in it nobody noticed. Three weeks of futzing around later we replaced it, drove it about 70 miles and everything went back to normal. It had been throwing p0053 and p0135 codes constantly.
