So just to clarify, you're currently on your fourth O2 sensor if counting the factory one as the first and with this fourth sensor and factory exhaust you're throwing the same code again?

Exactly what sensor location is it?

Are the Raptor O2 sensors a wideband model? If not, it might be worth trying one.

I wonder if they disconnected battery for a while to force a new learning cycle?

Did they change any of the wires to the O2 sensor?
If the wire is damaged in any way, this will cause problems.

But I have to say you have something else going on, you may have a bad PCM!
Or the connections at one or all of the three plugs are corroded.

Yea they reset the KAM ( keep alive memory ) every time.

They have done nothing but change o2 sensors, Im not even convinced they have done any pin out or resistance, voltage drop tests at all.

Ford has been so concerned with my exhaust they never even tried to find the real issue.

I belive it is a bad PCM as well, but they need to do a full exhaust leak test, IE manifolds, and cats. and they need to pukl out there meters and do some wire checks. Im convinced these techs don't even own DVOM's

I would try swapping a good sensor with the one that's throwing the code and see if the code moves to follow the new location of the suspect sensor.

If you count the original one im on the 5th o2. There has been 4 NEW ones installed.

I am not putting a DIME into this truck. its a 13 with 11k, its under warranty.
NY has a lemon law, and this truck is flirting with it!

I have always swapped my O2's from one side to the other when I have it throw up a code for one side. This way if its a bad O2 it should then throw the code on the opposite side. If the code is still thrown on the original side then its not the O2 sensor that is bad. Once you know its not the O2's you can then start to look at what other items can cause the issue.

How many o2s should a brand new truck need!!

My fathers 2002 tahoe has 150k and has FACTORY o2s still!

What really ****** me off is that I am in the field, I have been a tech for 7 years, and if I did this at any of the shops i worked for, I would be standing on the unemployment line

Im pretty sure clearing the codes, and resting Keep Alive Data are different. I know for me at rover we can clear codes, then we can reset PCM TCM adaptions. We never disconnect battery's to reset any PCM data, that was the same when I worked at Chrysler. That is usual a technique used when the proper diagnostic equipment is not available., am I wrong?
