Actually Called DMH!

OK so I called DMH and talked to a real friendly gentleman on the phone.

He is familiar with our Raptors and he drives a F150.

"Flowtech" is the y-pipe piece in the picture of the kit.

"Borla" has to do with Camaros and their special exhaust, so it has nothing to do wih our Raptors.

He said that shipping is free for me (I am in West Texas and he is in Ohio).

And he said you will want 12 ft of wire for the switch.

I also asked about the low-profile cutouts, and he said that as far far as sound there is VERY little difference between the lo-pro (oval) and the round cutout.

He also sells the lo-profile as a single (so you don't have to go through online places and buy a pair) and the low-pro is the same price as the round one.

The website doesn't have the low-pros listed, so you will have to call.

And through reading many pages on the DMHs, they don't seem to be very "tech saavy" so calling in your order would problemly make thing move faster. And from my experience and ones others have had, they are VERY helpful and customer service driven!

So $199 shipped to my door! Then, like $50 to have a "yellow painted building" muffler/tire shop weld it in and I can wire it up. So $250, Hells Yeah!

I am ordering mine tomorrow!:waytogo:

I also ordered mine today and talked with the owner and had a good conversation about getting something worked up so that we can get are up lifter switches that we already have working with the cutouts and for a much cheaper price then $200. FYI he is working on remotes for his cut outs which i ordered so all I have to do is run power but I don't need to have any switch, just the remote. Also the module for the remote is weather proof so I can mount it outside the truck if I desired too.

For anyone who has done this where is the best place to hook up to power and and grommets or places to run the wire into the truck? Pics would be great.

Hey talon, make sure you upload a vid so I can hear that baby roar and see how it works and how you did it. thx bro

You will love it. I have one on my truck and all these girls on campus cream themselves when they hear it... Especially after I havent started the truck in a few days.. Today I am bringing it out. Its extra special.

Getting laid due to exhaust sound and type of truck is actually amazing. :peace:
