has anyone used Doug's cut out and wired it to the stock switches for accessories? I have a butterfly cut out installed by the Ford Dealer and it rattles. Like the Doug's cut out, it has a switch which is rocker style which is not the same style as the accessories on the Raptor. It's on off, not rocker. Any one?

The switch it comes with is a DPDT switch, it flips and positive and negative around depending on which direction you push it. The upfitter switch is only on/off and don't think you can easily make it operate the cutout with only a single switch.

It looks awesome. I am looking to buy Magnaflow exhausts but seeing yours made me change my mind.

Ok, thx. I theory then, each of the two wires to the motor can be powered up by the switch....power to open and power to close in the opposite wire. I assume when the rocker comes back to neutral position(middle) there is no power to the motor. So, could you power Raptor Aux switch #1 to open it and then click it back to off and then Aux switch #2 to close it and click it back off? the only challenge would be leaving the switch on and blowing a fuse I suppose.....or both switches on at once would be bad.
this doesn't sound too promising :)

Almost. Say terminal 1 was positive and terminal 2 was negative to open the cutout. To close it, terminal 1 will need to be negative and terminal 2 will need to be positive. I wish it was easier. When I owned the GTO, the panel for the window switches had 2 blanks (came from 4-door holden) and I planned on installing a window switch and DPDT relay to operate teh cutout. I never got around to doing it, even though I had the relay.

I found another Thread about the upfitter switch wiring and he did it with a Dougs cut out and some relays from Zorro tools. He even had a wiring diagram to boot....sweet.
thank you
