I was just thinking the same. Maybe a Florida thing? I know I called my agent a few days before I picked it up, and some woman from the dealer did call my agent before I even got there on my delivery day and gave my agent all the info from the truck.

I don’t think so, my wife is a serial lesse and I still have to call USAA and get the binder and cards before we ever leave the dealership.

I doubt it's a florida thing. It stands to reason that the actual policy holder would need to make actual changes to a policy. Not the dealer. Dealer won't let you take the car until the agent faxes over proof.
