Its up to the dealer. They can always find a reason to void your warranty if they want to. (Ohhh, you were 100 miles late for your first service 30k miles ago... Voided) Find a dealer that is reasonable and has a track record of being mod friendly. They are usually more friendly if you buy and service from them too.

Yep, This is true.. The dealer only tell the Ford rep what they think has happened. If Ford denies a warranty claim its because the dealer has told them what they think... You must fight it from there...Ford is the one offering the warranty... When you purchase a dealer warranty then its up to the dealer.

You can return it to stock all you want but they CAN SEE the tune even if you "un-tune it" back to stock.

They don't mention anything to you because there's no reason. But when there is, when you come in with a warranty issue, you can be sure THEY WILL.

No, they don't have to prove it. YOU DO. All they "have to do" is deny your warranty claim because of your tune, etc. and then YOU GET TO PAY ATTORNEYS to fight FORD MOTOR CO. - if you dare.

Right on all three statements!

Warranties are for poor people. Mod it to the gills.

Just go for it. I had a pile of mods waiting for my raptor to arrive. Shortly after it arrived I ordered a tune. Probably one of the best mods u can do is the tune with these trucks. Completely changes the way it drives.

Here's something I was pondering about, but don't know if it will work, anyone chime in because I don't know, just a thought.
What if you could get your hands on a new ecm from say a wrecked raptor from a salvage yard/junk yard, can you just tune the shit out of your truck, and if a problem happens, just swap out the ecm that never been modded/tuned?

That's what I did on my last truck but never had a warranty issue so I can't say it would work or not
