Saw a few posts on here as to whether it fits since the KC website states its only for GEN 2. Installed it this past weekend on my GEN 3 with the KC mounts and it fits perfectly. New to the site so if its already out there I apologize. Just a FYI.

Any additional wind noise?

Top of the lights are 2 inches higher than the mid point of the roof. They sit down pretty low over the windshield which I think helps with wind noise. I had the KC rack with the same lights on my GEN 2 and it was ridiculously loud at highway speeds and the lights sat up 2-3 inches higher. At 80-85 you can hear a bit of wind noise but not much more than you hear with the mirrors. With the stereo at 7-8 volume any noise is absent.

Question for the OP.

I had the KC M-Rack with their Gravity Bar on my ‘17 Raptor; installed it myself without any issue drilling the rivet nuts.

For the Gen3, I didn’t have the time and asked a local KC Hilities dealer to order and install. The day before installation their regional manager said they couldn’t install because the A-pillars in the Gen3 were full of wiring and electronics from the airbags.

From what I recall in my Gen2 installation, the area by the windshield was hollow.

It looks like on the brackets you have to drill theee holes per side? Did you have any issue putting the rivet nuts in there?

Is it possible to provide pics of the top of the bracket showing how their bolted in?

It was frustrating they wouldn’t do it so I’m just going to order and do it myself.

Thanks in advance.
