I'm old. I still drive V8's... and it still makes no sense. Head wrapping is based on choosing to say no to all its other advancements because the sound isn't a V8. That is logic I do not understand.

What's not to understand? I mean I'm almost feel a little embarrassed saying this because it's clear that you have figured out this place out and that doesn't really surprise me.

You are obviously wise, you know you that a happy wife means a happy life for you. You have chosen well with your vehicles. FRF members are not all that fond of Toyota's and Jeep's yet they will acknowledge they are good for what they do.

You know from other forums like the Jeep forums you frequent they are helpful but there is always those simpletons who ruiunated the place up. As for me, I'm a simple man like my Dad. My dad like fast cars and fast women and though he hated the C4, C5 and C6 Corvette's, he came around and accepted they were better. But being a proud simple man, he never admitted it.

I don't want to be like my dad.

It doesn't make sense why someone would bag on the technological advanced 2015+ F-150 over something simple like the sound of the exhaust. Hell you have been around some mighty V6 turbo's and you know they can put the power to the ground.

Plus the fact that the last generation of Ford trucks just didn't have what the Toyota/Chevy/Dodge trucks had so really, most of us with the older gen Ford's should move on, right? It's the only wise move to make.

These days it's just a total lack of respect when a good old boy just trying to make sense of things around here has to stand and listen to this baloney.

You won't of course, you don't stand for baloney and I for one will state should you start hitting people with your Rex Harrison hat I won't stop you from doing so.

I argue about every single thing?....i do it once and i get asosiated with other people.

And its sabumaru ...

The remark i made is because an assumsion was made wich from my perspective looked wrong (especialy without contecxt)...then i get personly attacked for it..and i am the *******...seems shallow minded

So lets please leave this topic as it is and lock it.. cause it turns in a hate and troll fest.
And left the main topic pages ago. Eventough some tried

Yawn......V6 turbos still belong in cars not trucks. Ford is getting lazy and trying to see how many different platforms they can put rice in. Just because it's new doesn't make it better. But I guess Chevy after being on govt welfare will take the reigns again because Ford has shoved its head up its ass and realized they now have to pull one hell of a marketing ploy to sell their once beautiful trucks. And again I will say that the new gen looks like Chevy ***** a dodge

I just always thought Fords looked silly... and I'm in the total opposite camp from those voiced on the first 25 pages... I think the Gen1 looks like a typical Ford and the Gen2 looks like something I'd wanna drive.

thats cause the 2nd gen looks like toyota and chevy had a bastard child. being a chevy fan, you are used to the looks. i have never been able to get over the huge square wheel wells of the chevy. they are just really boxy looking. the 1st gen raptor was an original design and original lines. im not brand loyal. if chevy or dodge cme out with the raptor, i would have bought it just the same. i buy what i like and what suits our needs, but ford did a hell of a job with the raptor. and now we got this chevota coming in 2017 that i will not buy.
