What a sh**show... I'm new to this forum but if this is the level of respect members show each other around here, I don't think I'll be hanging much. Wow. Some folks here are really tough behind the keyboard.
Truckzor - it's not a who can be the most obnoxious contest - you've already won in spades- it's just a discussion! We get it - you HAVE to be right, and will debate anything to justify your opinion because you have all the time in the world to be the forum-king. Congrats, your trophy is being made now and will be mailed to you. We all know you wouldn't be directly calling people stupid to their faces and saying the things you do in person...try to relax dude, it's just a discussion.
Re 6 cyl vs 8 - it really depends on the individual car...these claims of v8-12 trends etc are pointless. I notice porsche was not mentioned gasp..because they don't make those big displacement engines and their flagship 918 has hybrid technology. I happen to own a 6cylinder 2014 nissan GTR, and a 6 cylinder 5.9l Cummins diesel....and both of them are no slouch to say the least. Sound is subjective/cosmetic and of less importance than performance in my mind..but perhaps there's a bling forum for those who value sound more than efficiency!

Is that the excuse you're using for your posts?
Might as well just close the thread and wait till actual specs come out and then someone can just create a new one then. There's nothing in this thread remotely related to the actual engine specs
On second thought...maybe not a bad idea just to blow the whole thing up and start fresh or move people over to the new site.
