Swapping out catalytic convertors

I'm swapping out my Cats for some SPDs.

I've having issues getting the OEM out. I got the driver's side out, but can't figure out how get enough clearance on the passenger side to pull it out.

I'll cut it if I have to - just seeing if someone had some obvious advice I'm misisng.

I did mine in my garage without a jack 3 years ago. I just followed the youtube videos. Did you miss any bolts or hangers? Have the rest of the exhaust removed?
