So, what are the options for mounting 2 or 3 individual driving/spot lights in the lower grill opening for a 2024? I’m not a fan of light bars

As for bars, I am with you on that one. Working on modifying right now. Not simple. About 1/2 done. When all done I will post details of how I did it.

Well this turned out to be a bigger project than I first thought mainly because the bars are not solid.

I used some air conditioning tape which is a "metal" foil to help a lot during this whole process. Easy to apply and remove, but also peels free from the cured J-B Weld I used.

Used a hand saw to cut the brackets close. One on left freshly cut. One on right after trimming and sanding.

I used AC tape and flat wood I had to create a mold. You "pour" the J-B Weld from the backside so the visible side it flat after curing. The "pour" is where you see the two arrows.

Continued in next post.

Next is what it looks like after the "pour" of the J-B Weld and remove the mold material.

Then sanded down, filled pin holes, re-sanded and painted.....

I painted just the bottom piece from corner to corner. Almost a perfect match to the OEM plastic using the shown Krylon paint.

When done and test fitted it is less firm especially the top bar. It drops about 1/8" in the middle....obviously because of the removal of the bars which are quite stout. So added a bead of J-B Weld on the back side and taped it into final position to cure. If not firm enough then will use a small piece of double stick tape in the top middle. I will post final pic tomorrow.
