Want anything else while I am at it Luke? Guess I could start carrying IWE, brake lines, etc etc. Definitely no room for a bouncy house then though.

And whys the bounce house the first to always get cut from the "must pack" list? Leave that hi-lift, we don't know how to use it anyways

Hey, I got a question.

How do I know if my shocks went south. The thing drives like an old Willy jeep and every bump transfers into the steering wheel. It also jumps in bumpy corners on the highway. never off road and never jumped. Had it at the dealer yesterday and they said that they couldn't find anything. It's got 42k on it and fresh tires.

Any help would be great

Well Crystal got a regional customer service person to contact me already this morning. Good job on that one Crystal. Can't complain at all about your quick response or that of the regional customer service rep. However, that is where my satisfaction with Ford ends on this one.

Regional rep is going to try to "expedite" getting the SHOCK (singular) shipped to the dealer if possible. She will check back with me in a week. I didn't expect them to magically find a shock. The part that irritates me is that they will not replace the shock unless the dealer takes the blown one off. So I can drive it like this, go after market, buy my own(outside Ford) or take it in now and let them tear it apart and leave it that way until a new shock shows up. No matter how it shakes out the only way Ford is doing anything is if my truck stays messed up for a good amount of time.

that sucks. they made a great truck but the service doesnt seem to match. for a small fee, i could go to the fox building less than a mile from my house and see if one of the guys could accidentally lose one...... from what i have been told, every raptor shock was built there
