Bingo! And THAT is what all the VA only horseshittery is all about.

Is that what towing competitions are all about? [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

I fixed it for you. There typically has to be another contestant to have a race.

it was intended as sarcasm in-between all the V6 V8 twin turbo V10 V4 supercharged turbocharged "discussion"

If you guys do a timed race "off-road" on a course of RTLW choosing, then I am putting $1,000 down on RLTW's GEN1 against your freshly new stock GEN2. Racing anywhere else especially on pavement is pointless, who cares. If you wanted to race on pavement, then buy a different vehicle like a mustang GT350R.....oh wait that is a V8.

Actually, I drive well over 90% of my miles/time on the pavement. So sue me if I'm interested in a vehicle that'll be "best of both worlds", so to speak. (Subjectively speaking, of course)

So, something that is quick on pavement (and off), handles well, gets at least decent fuel economy (because if you CAN have decent fuel economy AND gain power, why not?), and is capable of towing/hauling anything I need towed or hauled is just what the doctor ordered. In this case, the prescription just happens to be the Ecoboost powered gen2 Raptor. But, hey... That's just me.

Shew! Lawd have mercy.... Y'all REALLY don't like these puny, anemic V6s, eh? Lol

A 5.0 f150 will get better mpgs and tow/haul more than a Raptor. V8 for the win!!
