Just bought my new 2020 Screw 800A in mid August and absolutely loving it but can’t help having some concerns about clunking sounds coming from the rear even when hitting small bumps (which I thought this truck was made for) I have less than 3k miles on it. For example when I bounce up and down in the bed even lightly I can hear a loud clunking but nothing appears loose. Gonna see what the dealer has to say when I take it for the first oil change next week, but I don’t exactly expect them to know much so wondering if anyone here had any input! Maybe this is normal? But no such thing happens in my dads screw f150 and I’d just expect the raptor to be a lot smoother.

I’m suspecting what you’re hearing is normal, since you’re comparing it with a standard F-150. The shocks on the Raptor are louder due to their size and design. If you think it’s louder than it should be you can bring it into the dealer and see if you can compare it with a like unit of similar mileage.

Get someone to jump up and down on the bed while you are underneath, listening and touching everything. Not too many parts should be moving around, should be easy to locate?
