More pics not sure if they will help? Who knows they might spawn an idea.

considering its a 2 wire setup, you only have power and ground. but usually lights wont blow fuses if wired backwards. it just simply wont work. which one is the plug and play harness?

So perhaps the light's plug is correct? With the pines changed back it still does not light up and blows the fuse after a few seconds, but like I say that same harness works fine with other lights.
The plug and play harness is way different with lots of wires, a switch and relay. but you cant wire that up to the up-fiter wire.

OK, pics of the plug and play harness.
First two pictures are the plug & play harness it was still in the box I forgot about it
Third picture is the plug & play harness that I used for the test it has a relay the other does not.
Final picture is the instructions that came with the 4" and the wiring is different then the two I have.

Notice blue is on the bottom of the instructions but the harness came from the factory with red on the bottom. Anyway red on the bottom worked to light up the light.

I also have a picture of the Raptor harness its basically a 1 meter pig tail.
I connected two pig tails together for two lights.

I called Rigid and they said the picture in the instructions is incorrect and keep the wiring the way it was from the factory.

Yes that harness works fine the way it is and the switch lights up when you turn it on.

---------- Post added at 05:05 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:59 PM ----------

The harness that came with the 4" does not have a relay, Rigid said that's because 4" lights don't require a relay, but it will still work with a relay.
