Need Help! New Light keeps popping the fuse

In the past if you said you had a problem they would just ship you out another one no questions asked, but too many people took advantage so they had to change their policies.

why dont you just open up the lights and do you own soldering? im sure you can find the problem once you open it

I will let Rigid handle it so as not to void the warranty. Between yesterday and today I have called them so many times they are practically demanding that I send it back.
