Hmm. I'm sure there is a way via forscan. Just gotta figure it out. Make a backup and start trying

I did this mod using the jumper wire method (see youtube link above) and it was very simple and took about 30 mins. Nice to be able to have them stay on at any speed. I did a slightly diff mod, rather than pulling apart the connector and removing the pin, then adding a jumper wire, I cut the one wire that was used for the 5 mph and less operation and simply spliced it to the neighboring full time power wire using a quick connector. Then covered the cut end with heat shrink. Can easily re-splice if I ever want to go back to stock. Hope that makes sense...
