What a weird thread. My dealer said no deposit. No mention of a rub down either but I'll need to check the fine print before I sign.

I don't see how a $1000 deposit, refundable or otherwise, on a $70K truck is a big deal. It goes towards the price of the truck anyway.

Dealer originally wanted 3k down. Went to two other dealers, one wanted 1k, the other wanted something like $250 or $500. I went back to my original dealer and they caved on the deposit.
