How much y'all putting down for deposit

I have a problem with the NON-REFUNDABLE part. Maybe I may have missed part of the thread...

I'm cool with 100% refundable deposits but a NON-REFUNDABLE is BS in my opinion.

Fair enough, I didnt ask if my deposit could be refunded. Unless my dealer pulls some stupid shit I will be buying this truck.

Most respectable dealers will have no problem giving you your money back regardless of the reason - stupid or not.

I've just heard to many horror stories of people dropping non-refundable deposits just for the dealer sell it out from under them for a higher price and make some lame ass excuse that they could not get another one.

Some dealers are flat out scam artists. That's the pessimist side of my job...

Last I checked, I was a small business owner, not a money manager which I spelled out to you in a previous post, which I guess got ignored. No worries Never have, nor will I, ever manage other people's hard earned money!

$1000 down for me, but fully refundable. They know they wont have a problem selling the truck if I bail.
