MAS, waiting hours to for a call back, finally called and said take it, buy a tire and they'd reimburse me. They didn't see why a tire was such a hang up.

Get everything in writing. Granted it was a used car, but way back in the day I purchased a certified mustang from a mega Ford dealership , and a mile away from the dealer the back right tire blew. Called them to basically say wtf and they said over the phone "no problem, just purchase another and we'll reimburse you". After getting the tow and getting a new tire, called back and the sales manager told me the dealer didn't cover tires and whoever talked to me was mistaken.

May have been 15 years ago but Wendle Ford in Spokane, ya'll still suck!

Man what a mess KRod.

If they got a tire that quick did they repair the damaged one or did they get you the correct OEM replacement that quick?

Oceanbnd, I still call them Swindle ford. When I got my 13 Raptor they told me that was the only vehicle they added a market adjustment to. 5k increase. So I went over to Gus and the let me order one just over invoice, no hassle or drama. Would never buy from Wendle. The tire issue sounds about right for them.

Yeah, Wendle blows big time. Lake City in CdA is even worse though.
