But in all reality. If I don't do that I'm just pulling the cutout off and running it wide open. Don't close it anyways.

Yeah same here. I hardly ever close it and when I do, it rattles.

Mine rattles when its at very little PSI like at idle or when i'm slowly crawling around in the parking garage at work. I'm sure people look at my truck like

The thing is so loose that it rattles when you are kinda on/off the throttle or at idle. Its like a buzzing sound. Kinda funky but i'll get a video of it.

If i put PSI on it like hold the button down to either open or close it its fine. But after the motor slacks off a bit and nothing to keep the butterfly pin tight it rattles.
