Big dog in lighting

I am shopping around for lighting for my new Raptor. I assumed Rigid was the big dog till I started doing some research. Man there are many negative post on the quality of Rigid and how many lights are being returned. So, for you guys who have used em...... Who is the big dog in lighting? For the price Rigid is expecting I expect a quality product but damn if there are not a ton of negative post through out the net.

Your top companies are Baja designs and visionX! Their quality is far beyond rigid yet their prices are higher too but you get what you pay for!

I've had rigid Baja designs and visionX on my truck! And let's just say that rigid didn't last like my visionX and BD lights have so they're not on the truck anymore minus my amber Duallys that I've had replaced by rigid 3 times for condensation in the lights and one of the LEDs stopped working but they are now working fine i don't know what took 3 times to get it right but oh well!

I've had great luck with rigid and their customer service has always been really good too. I've got BD lights too and they're great also.

Decide what you want to spend. What fits best where you want to put them and go from there. You're not going to out drive them no matter what you get. I can promise you that.

Thanks folks I will check out these other vendors. I really thought Rigid was the Bees knees but after a lot of research looks like they certainly have some quality issues. What I really wanted was fog/driving lights in the fog light location in the bumper. Rigid has a really nice set up so I guess I will see what else is out there.

I bought a couple sets of lights from TMX and so far theyve held up great. Ive got a 40" Rigid on the front and some "dually" style Blackhawks on hood mounts to cover the sides a little. everything blends in great. Id check them out as well.

Only problem I had with my rigid was a little bit of dirt in the relay connection. Pulled it off and blew it out, everything worked fine again.

Whelen makes awesome lights. They are way brighter than other manufacturers led with similar lumen ratings I have owned. Can't go wrong with them. Also they are made in USA not just assembled here with foreign parts. I have quite a few of their lights on my truck. There are a good number of pictures of the output in the lighting mod forum.
