So, I've been an Fseries guy forever and have purchased a couple new ones (F150 and F350), but this is my first Raptor. I found a 2024 Shelter Green with 5k on it still at the dealer, so I got a good discount and I was also able to get 6.5% new vehicle interest rate. Ill look around here for extended warranty opinions but I opted out for the time being. Hope I didn't mess up ... they def pushed hard but I have a few years and 41k now to decide I guess. It's day two ... all I want to do is drive it! Also, plan on spray oiling the undercarriage as I live in a major salt belt. I bought and drove a new 2001 till 2016 ... ran awesome but rotted from the ground up.

awesome we have the exact same color, pckg, and year by the look of it! I'm over in VT and also need to spray something underneath to prevent rust. would be really interested to learn what you use because I want to avoid using the black stuff a lot of places around here spray all over

Wool wax or Fluid Film. I used Fluid Film one case of it on my 2010 and works great. A little messy. It worth it. Do a search here and you will see plenty of threads covering the topic.

Nah you can get a warranty from flood ford or ziegler once your factory one runs out. I got my raptor undercoated at Portsmouth ford. Currently looking around for a Gen 3 myself, but might wait until prices drop more.
