They're probably not really concerned about their mess of a website, because not that many end consumers are purchasing Whelen brand lights. I'd be willing to bet that 99% of their sales come from large commercial purchases where a Whelen sales rep is involved and more than willing to help the customer choose the lights they "need." I was involved some of the initial testing performed on the new Ford Police Interceptor and I can tell you for certain that they're equipped with all Whelen lighs.

Oh I believe they are top notch but they are sure missing a huge market through sorry ass marketing. Why even fool with a web site.

Whelen lights that I and others are running right now are not marketed to the off road market. Unless you count industrial settings like mining. They are launching an entire new line specifically for off road vehicles. In large part we have Jimmy at WSI to thank for this.

I don't believe whelen directly sells any of their lights, but I believe most of their offroad lights that wsi sells are in this section Illumination Products - Whelen Engineering Automotive

That's why they have no add to cart option, there's just a where to buy link in their menu bar
