Call the dealer have them pick it up. That's what warranty is for. Anytime someone gives you advice you needle **** around and come up with another excuse.

Nothing's going to happen until it's at the dealer looking at it. Crystal can't get involved until there's a service request anyway

First off, this sucks and I would be pissed. But I often fly off the handle easily and then later, figure out the most logical course of action.
Before you lose any more sleep or fly off the handle, look at the possible upside...
Ford owns all engine problems going forward, for eternity. They will obviously drop the pan and either find a missing bearing cap bolt or they won't. they may never find where it came from. I would match the bolt to find where it could have possibly come from, check there and bolt it back up... done. The engine runs fine you said so no issue now. when you change the oil in the future, have an oil analysis done every time checking for metals. Get ford to agree to warranty the engine forever, covering all issues that may arise including metal in the analysis. Also warranty all related work to dropping the pan. You aren't being realistic expecting a new truck or engine unless there is demonstrable damage to the engine. You probably wouldn't want a new engine and all the issues that may cause if you're worried about your alignment or noises from just an oil pan drop. Be reasonable but firm that you want to know you are completely covered under all scenarios.
I think you will probably be fine.
Also, do your own maintenance going forward.

This is not a used truck as is no warranty, but I don't owne my vehicals for only a few years I have them more than ten years. 91 just sold 2014 still have a 2004 and newest is the raptor 2012. I don't understand some of the thinking people have. I'm not saying take them back like a pare of shoes, this is a legit clam. He did not race it or get it stuck this has nothing to do with his falt!

All I know is this is my second BRAND NEW TRUCK from Ford in one year, both had issues I shouldn't be dealing with. If I could push to get a new truck I would. I don't think its right to pay $60,000 dollars and get my truck torn apart in 7000 baby highway miles. But hey my opinion is jaded right now.

Now you just sound like a little kid stomping his feet.
The reality is all you have been doing is complaining before anything has even transpired.
If ford screws you then yes stomp your feet and scream all you want, but bitching and moaning before they have a chance to even address the issue is more than premature.

I know if someone came up to me screaming about a problem I am less likely to bend over backwards for them. So stop jumping the gun and have an actual discussion with the Service Manager & Ford rep then go from there.

Having taken pictures and taken these in and discussed it with a service manager and mechanic at the dealership, did they offer to pick the truck up? I would want the pan removed, the entire bottom end verified, the bolt positively identified, a good loaner vehicle and I don't think it's unreasonable to expect Ford's best and longest warranty plan extended to you as the minimum courtesy.
