and over in the Gen2 misfire thread many suggested:

the Motorcraft SP-542 (cold plugs) spaced at .028. They will come in with a larger spacing.

P/N SP542
Ford P/N CYFS092YPT
6 spark plugs are required

I have not seen an actual plug recommendation from Whipple, only gap of .025".

Owner’s Manual spec
3.5L Ecoboost = .030” - .033”

stock might be SP-550 in the 3.5L V6 turbo which are gapped at .028"...haven't pulled mine yet.

Has anyone actually pulled their plugs yet? I believe stock is SP550. But in the past the 3.5L eco boost ran sp534 and the 2.7’s used sp542. So what does Whipple recommend? Just regapping stock or going to a colder plugs like the sp542.

I'm not going the Whipple route but I pulled my plugs the other day. Seemed like I was getting some hesitation/misfire at mid throttle.

My stock plugs were gapped at .022 - .021. I regapped at .028 and it eliminated the hesitation I was having.
