Cold motor, simple green, plastic over the ecu, alternator, MAF, and battery. Spray away. Use common sense.

There's some write-ups on the page

@AdamsPolishes

For engine cleaning, I spray it down with Adam's All Purpose Cleaner, agitate with a brush, then give it a gently rinse with the hose only. I do not use the pressure washer or a blower, which could force the water into places it should not be. Just make sure you don't let the All Purpose Cleaner, or any other cleaner or degreaser, dry on your paint.

Here's a video:

Man that's a good before and after shot looks nice and pretty. It's funny I wash my truck at least once a week but I've never cleaned under the hood. Think I may have to do that this weekend. What did you just spray it down with a powerwasher?

Nope, just a hose and a tire brush with mild carwash. It didn't get it all and I used some damp towels to wipe down the smaller spots. The pic is a little deceiving, the engine is clean but it's a good from far, far from good king of clean...

Had a set of GY Duratracs mounted, spent 5-6 hrs cleaning it enough to use as the family holiday trailer tow vehicle, dropped the driveshaft and applied a liberal amount of Lucas Red n Tacky to the slip yoke and am totally happy to have the "Ford Clunk" completely eliminated!! I am on holidays and before I go back to work, hope to go mid-perch, install PDP mudflaps and install rear rotors. Cheers!!
