What happened to the K&N filter?
Collapsed under vacuum pressure as it was clogged with dust.
Holy shit man that thing must of been clogged solid for ir to collapse like that. Must have been some really dusty off-roading.
Mud most likely. Similar thing happened to @Jordan@Apollo-Optics this past weekend.
That's crazy. That's something I've never really thought about but now I know to keep an eye out.
One dude had his stock air filter about collapse on him this weekend so yea extra filters are a must in a dusty environment.Dust alone will do it, seen it many times.
Partially why I switched back to stock filter box. Carry a few extra filters and swap them out,

I've done it. Clogged it so bad she started sucking oil before. Of course you try to catch it before that though.
