Dealer called Saturday and said they couldn't get it to start in the lot so they towed it into the service bay and it started there. Said that it was throwing a lot of codes, would need to run diagnostics and would call me back later that day but never did.

Called twice today and unable to get my SA on the phone (left VM, stepped away from desk). They did say that the truck wasn't fixed (simply by what the computer was telling them) and couldn't provide any more information than that.

Got the truck back, dealer has no idea what happened, it starts without issue now. I guess we will never know unless it happens again and they are able to diagnose it.

15 degrees here and the truck wont start again. Different this time, it cranks but wont turn over. Currently blocking the other two cars in the driveway too.

I am about to trade this POS in.

Do you have an aftermarket tuner/chip by chance ?

The video you posted isn't playing properly on my end so I can't tell what the truck is doing (ie - completely dead, starting trying to spin up, fuel pump powering up, etc).

I know you said you already replaced fuse #27 once before but I would pop the hood and check/replace it again; once it is removed use a flashlight to take a look at where the fuse plugs in to inspect for any melting in the fuse panel block.

Also, in the interim can you try to jump start it with another battery to see what kind of outcome that has? Have had bad factory grounds on other vehicles produce a "no-start" condition...

Fuse is fine, tried jump starting no change. This issue is different than what I had in my initial post. Before it would turn over and die right away. Now it wont turn over at all.

Anyone know where the engine block heater connection is? I have the chord but disconnected it and now I can't find where to plug it back in. I found it and plugged it in, see what happens.

Post a video of it trying. Time to get it towed to the dealer.
