I checked that fuse and it wasn't blown but that was the extent of my fuel pump/fuse relay troubleshooting this morning. Got a link to the TSB somewhere? or a run down of the fix?
Thanks, hopefully Ford can figure it out because this is twice now the truck has left me stranded.
No can do, dealer is 3 miles away while the next closest one is 20 miles away with a glaring 2.1 stars. Besides squeaky wheel gets the grease right?!?!
Ford dealer is 1 mile away from me and I drive 20 miles to the next one because they understand customer service. Got tired of the idiots, especially the service manager with my raptor. Squeaky wheel now days with some Ford dealership crappy service just makes a bigger mess out of things. They don't give a shit about customer service and would rather you go elsewhere. Squeaky wheel customers are not profitable, they would rather deal with the customers that are just as much as idiots as themselves and don't know any better when it comes to getting their vehicles serviced.
Good luck with your current dealer, hope they figure it out.
Understood but they literally just called while I was typing this reply and said they replaced the fuel pump control module and the truck was ready to go.
I called ford roadside this morning around 8:30, tow truck showed up around 10:30 and truck got to the dealer around 11 or so all in roughly 7 hours turn around which I am ok with. The worst part was waiting for the tow truck and having two working cars blocked in by my truck.
