That’s what I was afraid of. I’m purchasing out of state and it’s being delivered to a local dealer. So no incentive for them to move. :(
It’s what ever convoy companies are at that railyard. My 17 was sent to KC railyard, same as my 29 will be. There are 2 or 3 convoy companies, I called one and she looked up my vin and told me who had it. I called them they expedited it for me, got delivered to western Kansas 2 days later

I could be wrong.
Dealer can do it. My salesman told me the rail yard was a little busy when mine came in and they'd go get it if the rail yard wasn't able to deliver right away. That's what they had to do when I bought a 16 Expedition, but the rail Co. delivered the Raptor

when its shipped how do you track it on the rail , without the dealer , when i ordered my 17 i did it then can remember how tho

After 27 days of waiting for an update.

The zone Rep emailed my guy and said
“The vehicle has seat issues and needs to be repaired, they haven’t given an update to ship, once they know they’ll contact me and let me know”

I’m glad it took only 27 days for them to give me a heads up. And this thing better be perfect when it comes in
