After 27 days of waiting for an update.

The zone Rep emailed my guy and said
“The vehicle has seat issues and needs to be repaired, they haven’t given an update to ship, once they know they’ll contact me and let me know”

I’m glad it took only 27 days for them to give me a heads up. And this thing better be perfect when it comes in

Yes, first I’ve heard on this forum of a manufacturing problem or issue.
I’m hoping the motor in the seat was bad or something

Put my order in 11/3, been hounding my dealer and he sent me a screenshot of some dealer ordering screen today that shows my build is still unscheduled/clean but my priority has been changed from 10 to a 1. Does that mean anything really?

Must be one those that caused OK to buy to take so long. Apparently, when something is wrong, they fall into a hole and someone eventually gets around to fixing them.

Funny how I got moved up a build week and in the long run it probably ended up taking longer [emoji23]
But yeah I heard it can too, but it’s been completed for a month so maybe that’s enough time for them to get back to it and fix whatever the issue is. It would probably be faster to have it shipped then the dealer fix whatever the issue is. Hopefully just something electrical and simple . Or any seat but my driver seat [emoji23]

Anyone else getting held up?

First time poster:

Just placed a deposit on a 19 Agate Black raptor. Pretty excited.



Supposedly my dealer said this was ordered already to arrive sometime late December. I messaged ford and they said it was in the “order processing stage”

Anyone know if this is going to be realistically built before the New Years with that status ?


Also I have the build sheet from the dealer, the priority is blank on there.

Mine was built on the 30th or 31st and still "awaiting shipment" according to tracker and FP last week.

+1 here. Built Oct 29th and still waiting shipment. FP chat and my dealer say it was released to ship on Nov 9th, but no movement, still in waiting to ship!!!!!!!
