Walked out to drive to lunch and found my truck as you see it in the photo below. Guy backed into it and was kind enough to put the bumper cover on the hood, then drove away. Scratch that...He did leave a business card and did take my call. He says he's gonna repair the damage but, as of yet, he's just an 800 numbers and a P.O. box. Tied up with funerals and other crap for the next couple days but, I'm hoping to get it into the shop to replace the bumper early next week.
