Because Ethanol gums shit up when it sits, and I haven't been driving my truck.

I filled mine up 5 weeks ago ans Im still at 1/4 a tank...

LUCAS and ALWAYS ALWAYS have a full tank when letting a vehicle sit for a few months. Condensation is something to worry about with a less than full tank. Had a AMG that would sit for a month or longer at a time and a Shelby that has been sitting 4 weeks now. Keep them full when sitting---not for years lol just months!!

Run a few tanks of E85... That will clean it all out... Aint much crap in that fuel only 15% gas so its clean...

 Alcohol is hydophilic aka 'water loving'.

I would not do that.
:birgits_tiredcoffee Especially in a vehicle that is not used much.

If he is looking to clean his engine anything he added to the fuel tank wouldnt work if he let it sit after adding it... I said run a few tanks through it not fill it up and leave it...

AGREED . . :handshake: . . but is he going to run it all through ?? and not 'put it away'

I was looking at his past usage of vehicle :uhoh2: and that could be indicative of future results. :birgits_tiredcoffee:

The best would be to get fuel stabilizer. You can let it sit. No more confusion...
