Awesome blue!! I have factory trailer brake but what about our empty passenger side "slot" that's empty......will this additional set of aux switches fit in there?? I'm anxious to hear your response before ordering another set of switches.

IMO Swamp, it would be a better idea to transplant the trailer brake to the right side and put the 2nd set of aux switches in the trailer brake slot.

The openings are the same size. It's a bit of a reach otherwise...

Couple questions about adding these extra swithches. Are people adding a fuse block, maybe under the hood? Anyone done this and decided it was time to go to a dual battery set up?
Not worried about power draw from lights so much as compressor, train horn whatever else I add combined with the lights and winch already there. I know they all won't be in use at once but some will. Lots of lights and the winch are a good possibility for an example. I already have some strange electronic issues that Ford says is due to voltage drop in BCM possibly.

I was thinking about that too with all the stuff I have, but the single battery and OEM alternator have worked fine for me considering the amp draw on the LEDs are so minimal. I'll probably swap to an Optima Red top in a few years when the OEM battery starts to go...

Same here, was considering an alternator upgrade, but we already have a 200 amp alternator.

Might do dual batteries in the future if need. Check out dan06 at havoc. He is going that direction.

Here is an alternator upgrade, but expensive at over $600.

Also, I want to install a fused terminal block for the second aux switches, but don't know of one right now. I've reached out to McManus for a recommendation.

I dont think the passenger side cubby is the same size. I use my driver side for my phone and it fits perfect but it doesnt fit in the passenger side. Maybe the outer diameter is the same but i know the cubby hole itself is different.

Also, kind of on the same topic (and not to distract from the original topic), does anyone know if they make different individual switches to replace the factory ones? Maybe a 3 position or a momentary on/off? Ive been wanting to install an electric exhaust cutout but still use the factory switches if at all possible.

The passenger side has a metal dash support the takes up part of it. The indented part of right side of it. Just wondering where everyone else has put switches

Mike is the OG for oem switches in the dash.... the godfather that inspired us all

It is completely doable on the right side nook, just a bit more work.

I like this look. Just plastic in there no metal to cut out?

Exactly, no metal all all. Just flat plastic. Took about 20 minutes to fit it.

This is my 2nd Raptor, and 3 location for it. This is the best place I could find.

The plastic it's thin and easy (soft) to cut.
Only issue with it there is holding it in place. The black silicone should work.
For taller people, they may hit it getting in or out.
