It's legal in Texas. You don't have to have your CCW to carry loaded in your vehicle.

True, but it can't be on your person or in plain sight like that. You must have it enclosed in the center console or glove box. If you have a CCW then you should be ok. I think that a cop would probably still freak out in most cases and ask you to step out of the vehicle with a loaded side arm in a close proximity like that.

I also keep my CCW on my visor so when i get pulled over and i have been. I place both my hands out the window holding the CCW card. Like i said the officer knows when he ran the tags it pops up on his screen CCW or carry permit.

The last Officer like the idea so much he wanted to add the same holster to his car. He said the same thing i did the gun sticks into your side and hits seat belt post.

Also times are not the best in the world ya never know when some nut going to run up on ya at a stop light with a gun or weapon. Sad to say its going to get worse.

First, let me say I really like this mod. But, the silencer is a bit over the top. Unless you go by the name 007 why on earth would you need this?

Here in MA we have a nut job for an AG. I'm not sure this would be allowed here. She has prosecuted a man for beating up an illegal who attempted to ****** the guy's son in a grocery store rest room. And another guy who fractured the jaw of a man who was trying to steal tools from the back of his truck.

Since when do the scumbags have more rights than the guy working 60 hrs a week trying to support and protect his family?

Here in ca you can at least legally carry a handgun as long as its locked in some sort of case and then you can also legally carry a loaded mag just has to be in a separate area from the case.... Still sucks, but if you were in a bind it's better than no gun at all
