I would need a Raptor first. But I was thinking something along these lines.

Just checked out this site:waytogo:

I like the mount better than mine.:waytogo:

I like that i only have about $20.00 and 30 min time in the one i made.

The unit for the 226 on his site started at 74.99 still not to bad for leather and a nicer mount.

Where did you get those decals? I like them. :waytogo:

The holster mod is awesome, I'm just worried about making some cops real nervous if and when pulled over.

I'm doing this on my iPhone so I can't quote but if you live in Texas you can't drive around with your pistol on a daily basis without a ccl, however if you are traveling you are in legal right but the gun must be stored away out of plain sight, and you must notify the officer upon being pulled over, or at least thats what I've been told.

You're partially correct. You are allowed to carry a pistol with you at all times in your vehicle in Texas without a CHL because a vehicle is considered an extension of your home. That being said, you are correct that it must be out of plain sight, notifying the officer, etc.

You also cannot let someone else drive your vehicle (ie. valet) if they have access to your weapon.
