Ya i was back and forth about drilling.

Good DIY work there. What kind of non-drilling options did you consider?

Did not get install picks sorry.


What i did.

Find a left hand holster that you like and remove belt clip.

Then i used 3/4 plastic for backing plate.

Counter sink holes in back of plate with fostner bit (spelling?) ehh
that line up with the belt clip holes. Pop rivet holster to backing plate.

Counter sink holes in backing plate from front so you can drill and mount with pop rivets.

I painted rivets black first.

Did not realy think of stick on options. Fig if i didnt like it i would fill the holes with pop rivets painted black.

So if you carry you might like this mod. Every time i would jump in the truck my gun would dig into my side and hit the seat belt post. This is my fix.

How does that go over if you are pulled over?

If you have a carry permit your good. With permit you can have loaded gun on your person. I would not try this with out permit.

Also check with your state laws. Most states are the same. So i can travel form TN to GA to FL no problem. Now going up north ehaaa ????

Also when you get pulled over the officer already knows you have permit when he or she ran the plates.

It's legal in Texas. You don't have to have your CCW to carry loaded in your vehicle.
