Beyond the engine swap, you will have to deal with the weight of the V8 as the front suspension would be tuned to the V6.

Way too many variables to deal with but if you have lots of money then go for it.

you are asking a question that nobody has an answer to. and the ones that do have the answer, are sworn to secrecy. up until the truck is released, i doubt you will get much info

I think the mechanical side of it would be the easy part, by far. With each iteration, vehicles get more complex electrically / controls wise with more sensors and additional computers at times. It would take a lot of electrical planning and troubleshooting and your dash would likely be lit up like a Christmas tree.

Not saying it can't be done, just that it will be very difficult.
