Key Fob & FordPass wonky?

On my 2021 I noticed when using my key-fob to remote start the truck will start and then the key-fob flashes red 3 times. When pressing twice again to stop it flashes again 3 times and stops the truck. Sometimes it will flash green when starting. After a few attempts now truck will not start. Does the key-fob battery need replacing or truck battery?
Using Fordpass app I tried to start, lock/unlock doors and I get "failed notifications for those requests. Any thoughts?

Have your truck battery checked. I have a 2021 and the battery died a few weeks ago. All fob functions were being goofy before battery finally died. 3 years is about all you get out of these batteries.

Thanks for the reply. That is what I'm also thinking. Not so sure about the Fordpass app though but maybe.

Put a trickle charger on to see if that will change anything.

Have your vehicle battery tested. The truck will limit futures due to a weak battery.
