Running Lights, Front Marker Lights won’t turn on

The front amber lights on my truck (3 marker lights in the grille and the orange light inside of the 13-14 HID headlight) will not turn on

I can’t manually turn them on, but when I use the key fob, they still light up. They are not on when I open the doors of the truck, have the actual headlights on, or any other combination I’ve tried. I don’t know where to start, any help is appreciated
