Can't wait to pump some of these kits out! Those are some really great numbers @svc, great job guys! Not to mention the dyno graph is smooth as silk so power delivery looks great!:hitit:

Looks very promising. Can you post some pictures of it installed? What are you using for the intake side? Standard whipple? Would love to see what kind of power you guys could make with my 3" kooks.

We just finished one up with kooks full exhaust , you could expect a 10hp gain on top of these numbers with your exhaust system . The intake is the same that comes on the standard 2.9L kit.

I have the SVC tune with a Roush setup and 1 7/8" kooks LTs and if I knew there was only a 10hp gain I wouldn't have done it, it's an exhaust nightmare in my opinion but if you want loud and drone longtubes is for you, as for SVC tune the pulls trough the gears is unreal comparitve to a deisel and very fast for 6k truck.

Another advantage with headers is that it typically lowers your boost level. So you can also go to a smaller pulley and keep your boost level around the same level as before. Doing so, should net you around 20-30 whp total. It did for me.

To fix drone, you may want to look into a helmholtz resonator.
